摘 要:

GRAS家族是一类植物特有的转录调控因子, 已在多种植物中发现GRAS家族的基因。通过对植物生长发育分子机制的研究, 发现GRAS家族基因在植物的生长发育和逆境胁迫中发挥重要的作用, 不同分支亚家族成员显示出不同的功能。本文对GRAS家族基因在植物生长发育及植物抗逆中发挥的作用进行了探讨。

Abstract:

The GRAS family is a class of plant specific transcription factor and GRAS genes have been found in many plants. The GRAS genes play important roles in plant growth, metabolism and stress by research of the molecular mechanism of plant growth and development, and the different branches of GRAS subfamily members show different functions. In this paper, the mechanism GRAS family genes in plant growth and metabolism, as well as the multiple resistance functions of GRAS family genes to stress are summarized.
